Dharma Yoga LV offers yoga classes, retreats, and related services. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

Booking: To book a class or retreat, you must complete the registration process on our website and provide accurate information.
Payments: Payments must be made at the time of booking using accepted payment methods. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation by You: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies for cancellations will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Us: In the event that we cancel a retreat or class, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

Promoting any commercial content without our prior written consent.
Engaging in any behavior that we, in our sole discretion, consider harmful to other users or our business.

Return and Refund Policy

At Dharma Yoga LV, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Our refund policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

1. Domestic Retreats

Full Refunds: Full refunds for domestic retreats are available up to 2 months prior to the event. The exact refund eligibility date is listed at the bottom of each retreat description.
Example: If a domestic retreat is scheduled for September 30th, you must cancel by July 30th to receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Deposits: After the last eligible date for refunds, retreat deposits become non-refundable.
Payment Plans: All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days if you are on a payment plan or if you have provided a $300 deposit to reserve your spot.
Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel a booking after the refund deadline or do not show up to the retreat, we regret that we cannot refund your money. However, you may transfer your booking to another person who can take your place and enjoy the retreat.

2. International Retreats

Full Refunds: Full refunds for international retreats are available up to 4 months prior to the event. The exact refund eligibility date is listed at the bottom of each retreat description.
Example: If an international retreat is scheduled for December 15th, you must cancel by August 15th to receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Deposits: After the last eligible date for refunds, retreat deposits become non-refundable.
Payment Plans: All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days if you are on a payment plan or if you have provided a $300 deposit to reserve your spot.

3. Workshops

Refunds: Refunds for workshops are not available within the last 48 hours before the start of the workshop. However, we can reschedule the participant for another date.
Example: If a workshop is scheduled for June 10th at 10:00 AM, you must cancel by June 8th at 10:00 AM to be eligible for a refund.

4. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend a retreat or workshop after the refund deadline, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us of the transfer at least 48 hours before the event start date.
