At Dharma Yoga LV, we are dedicated to fostering a community that encourages emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. In alignment with this vision, we strive to maintain a drug-free environment that supports holistic well-being for all participants. We believe in the right to personal choices and acknowledge that individuals may engage in certain personal practices outside of retreat activities.

However, for the safety, respect, and integrity of our retreat experiences, we have established the following policy: All participants are required to have a clear mind, body, and spirit during any group activities, including yoga sessions, workshops, and social events. Participants may not be under the influence of any substances, including drugs or alcohol, during these activities. 

Exception: During our designated wine tasting event, participants are welcome to enjoy the experience; however, we ask that everyone drinks responsibly and remains mindful of their consumption. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

This policy is in place to ensure that everyone can fully participate in and benefit from the retreat, while also respecting the collective energy and focus of the group. By registering for our retreat, you agree to honor this commitment.

**Effective March 1, 2025

At Dharma Yoga LV, we value capturing the transformative and joyful moments of our retreats. By participating in our retreats, you agree to allow Dharma Yoga LV to freely use all digital media—this includes photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other forms of media captured during the retreat—for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and our website.

We understand that yoga practice is personal, and we are committed to remaining respectful in the use of any images, especially those involving certain yoga poses.

Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your image or any media involving you used, you may opt out by providing written notice or by sending an email to DHARMAYOGALSTUDIOLV@GMAIL.COM prior to or during the retreat. We will respect your request and ensure your privacy is maintained.

**Effective March 1, 2025

At Dharma Yoga LV, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our valued customers. Our refund policy is designed to offer clarity and fairness for all parties involved.

1. Domestic Retreats

• Full Refunds: Full refunds for domestic retreats are available up to approximately 2 and 1/2 months prior to the event. The exact refund eligibility date is listed at the bottom of each retreat description.
• Example: If a domestic retreat is scheduled for September 30th, you must cancel by July 30th to receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: After the last eligible date for refunds, retreat deposits become non-refundable.
• Payment Plans: All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days if you are on a payment plan or if you have provided a $300 deposit to reserve your spot.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel a booking after the refund deadline or do not show up to the retreat, we regret that we cannot refund your money. However, you may transfer your booking to another person who can take your place and enjoy the retreat.

2. International Retreats

• Full Refunds: Full refunds for international retreats are available up to 4 months prior to the event. The exact refund eligibility date is listed at the bottom of each retreat description.
• Example: If an international retreat is scheduled for December 15th, you must cancel by August 15th to receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Deposits: After the last eligible date for refunds, retreat deposits become non-refundable.
• Payment Plans: All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days if you are on a payment plan or if you have provided a $300 deposit to reserve your spot.
• Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel a booking after the refund deadline or do not show up to the retreat, we regret that we cannot refund your money. However, you may transfer your booking to another person who can take your place and enjoy the retreat.

3. Workshops

• Refunds: Refunds for workshops are not available within the last 48 hours before the start of the workshop. However, we can reschedule the participant for another date.
• Example: If a workshop is scheduled for June 10th at 10:00 AM, you must cancel by June 8th at 10:00 AM to be eligible for a refund.

4. Transfer of Booking

• If you are unable to attend a retreat or workshop after the refund deadline, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us of the transfer at least 48 hours before the event start date.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
