Embark on a transformative yoga journey led by Jocelyn, a dedicated Ashtanga and Vinyasa specialist. With boundless energy, she inspires all to achieve wellness and lasting health.

Certified in Yoga, Yin Yoga, and armed with 2000+ hours of teaching diverse styles, she is your safety-focused guide. Specialized training includes Yoga Nidra, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Reiki III, and Hands-On Assist.

An E-RYT 200, Jocelyn tailors programs, effortlessly adapting to individual needs. Her journey includes leading at Power Yoga + Pilates, 103 Hot Pilates & Yoga, Kintsugi Yoga, Vibe Yoga, and Virgin Hotel Spa. By tailoring yoga for diverse bodies and skills, emphasizing breath mastery. At UFC Fit Gym, EOS, Fitness Factory Gym, and Nevada Climbing Center she tracked progress and designed promotions for higher engagement. With a focus on meditation and technique, ensuring comfort for all.

At Dharma Yoga LV, we are dedicated to fostering a community that encourages emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. In alignment with this vision, we strive to maintain a drug-free environment that supports holistic well-being for all participants. We believe in the right to personal choices and acknowledge that individuals may engage in certain personal practices outside of retreat activities.

However, for the safety, respect, and integrity of our retreat experiences, we have established the following policy: All participants are required to have a clear mind, body, and spirit during any group activities, including yoga sessions, workshops, and social events. Participants may not be under the influence of any substances, including drugs or alcohol, during these activities.

This policy is in place to ensure that everyone can fully participate in and benefit from the retreat, while also respecting the collective energy and focus of the group. By registering for our retreat, you agree to honor this commitment.

Do I need a Passport to travel to Hawaii?

No, all you require is a valid Identification card or Drivers License aka a REAL ID.

What should I bring the a retreat?

Comfortable yoga attire, Yoga mat, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, required medications and an open heart. Additional recommendations will be shared upon registration due to allow you to pack accordingly.

What about transportation to and from the retreat?

We have you covered! For the majority of our retreats. We will always have a shuttle waiting for all our participants at the designated pick-up location to and at your place of accommodation. All attendants will be contacted via text/email to set-up pick up and Drop-off times. And to make it easier, the name and picture of our driver will be provided for your safety. This will also help to lessen wait times and confusion. In addition, we will always attempt to have your yoga instructor available to greet you, when time permits.

What type of cuisine can participants expect, and how can dietary restrictions or food allergies be accommodated?

Our domestic retreats (except Hawaii) included full breakfast and a delightful Lunch and Dinner. However, we prioritize creating a culinary experience that caters to various dietary preferences and restrictions. Upon registration, please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies you may have. Our dedicated team will work closely with our chefs to accommodate your needs, ensuring a nourishing and enjoyable experience for all participants. Your well-being is our priority, and we are committed to providing delicious and wholesome meals tailored to your specific requirements.

Does the yoga retreat offer any payment plans?

Yes, we provide flexible payment plans to enhance your reservation experience. You can choose from the following payment methods:

Zelle: For Zelle payments, Please reach out to us before reserving your spot to discuss this option. This has no additional charge or fees - which makes it the most cost efficient option.
Credit Card: We accept credit card payments, accompanied by a 3% charge.
PayPal: Secure your spot by making payments through PayPal, with a 3% charge
VENMO: For Venmo payments, Please reach out to us before reserving your spot to discuss this option. This option also has no additional charge or fees - which makes it another cost efficient option.

What is the refund policy for the retreat?

We understand plans may change, and we aim to provide flexibility. Our refund policy allows for full refunds for our retreat that are available up to approximately 2 1/2 months prior to the event for both domestic retreats and international retreats (exact dates are at the bottom of each of the retreat descriptions). If you need to cancel your reservation, kindly notify us on or before this date to ensure eligibility for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Additionally, after the last day for refunds, all retreat deposits/payments are non-refundable. All reservations must be paid in full within 7 days for those on payment plans or those who have provided a deposit to reserve a spot in the retreat (Unless stated differently on the retreat information or receipt). We regret that if you cancel a booking (after the last day for refunds) or do not show up to the retreat, we will not be able to refund your money. However, you may transfer your booking to another person who can take your place and enjoy the retreat.

What if the retreat is fully booked?

In the event that our initial retreat week is fully booked, don't worry! We are open to considering creating an additional retreat. This decision will be influenced by the demand and interest from our yogi community. If you find the spots filled or you and a friend haven't secured reservations in time, there's a possibility of overflow or an extension to accommodate everyone. Keep an eye on updates, and feel free to express your interest for alternative dates by reaching out to us at Dharmayogastudiolv@gmail.com or Text us! . Your yoga journey is important to us, and we're here to make it happen.

Do I need to have prior yoga experience to attend a retreat?

Not at all! Our retreats are designed to be inclusive and is open to participants of all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs and abilities of each participant. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our experienced instructors will guide you through a transformative and enjoyable journey. We welcome everyone, regardless of experience, to join us in the exploration of yoga and self-discovery.

Is attendance required for the entire retreat?

While attendance for the entire retreat is not mandatory, we strongly encourage participants to embrace the full duration of the program. These retreats are crafted to provide a holistic and immersive experience, and committing to the entire journey enhances the benefits of your practice. However, we understand individual schedules may vary, and we strive to accommodate diverse needs while ensuring everyone receives the maximum value from their time at the retreat.
