An E-RYT 200, Jocelyn tailors programs, effortlessly adapting to individual needs. Her journey includes leading at Power Yoga + Pilates, 103 Hot Pilates & Yoga, Kintsugi Yoga, Vibe Yoga and Virgin Hotel Spa. By tailoring yoga for diverse bodies and skills, emphasizing breath mastery.
